Hourly rates
Best for detail work, deep cleans, one-off projects and jobs where the scope can shift once we're in the space.
Base rates by size
Flat per-visit pricing set by square footage, room or unit count and scope — so a recurring invoice never surprises you.
Recurring discounts
Weekly, bi-weekly and monthly rotations are priced below one-time visits. The more predictable the work, the better the rate.
Free estimates
Walkthroughs and quotes cost nothing and carry no obligation. For commercial buildings we walk the space before quoting.
