We didn't start with a franchise playbook. We started with hard work, a reputation to protect, and a promise that the details get handled.
Empower Team Cleaning Services, LLC is owned and run by a husband-and-wife team. It's the third business we've built together, and every one of them was built the same way: show up, out-work the job, and earn the next one on results instead of promises.
We started this company for two reasons. First, to give our community a cleaning service that actually holds a standard — where the corners, edges and baseboards get the same attention as the middle of the floor. Second, to create real job opportunities close to home, with training and respect for the people doing the work.
That's why our niche is simple and stubborn: quality service and attention to detail. Big franchises rotate strangers through your building and hope you don't notice. We build a consistent crew, we walk the work, and the owners are one phone call away — not a support ticket in another state.
Commercial work is our primary focus, and we also clean homes, rentals and move-in/move-out turnovers throughout Lancaster County and the surrounding areas. For larger jobs, we'll travel further.
